Cops,
Kids & Toys is instituting a change in the
participant sign-up process. In years past,
sign-up has been done by telephone, but due to
the overwhelming increase in participating
families, we will be moving to a written request
form. These forms are available at any county
law enforcement agency or the County Probation
Department. The forms, which can be filled out
in less than five minutes, must be signed by a
custodial guardian or parent and returned to any
county law enforcement agency or the County
Probation Department. All applications must be
in by December 1, 2007. No applications will be
accepted after December first.
As
usual local law enforcement officers and
volunteers will deliver the toys. Delivery day
will be December 18th this year. Someone will
need to be home between 9am and 4pm to accept
delivery.
